Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Solar Hummingbird Feeder! We are committed to delivering your beautiful solar hummingbird feeder to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after processing. We typically ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the package size and destination. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary.

4. International Shipping

For international orders, estimated delivery time is 10-25 business days after processing. International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Solar Hummingbird Feeder is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solarhummingbirdfeeder.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or are otherwise deemed restricted by our shipping partners. If you attempt to place an order to a restricted country, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
